How to plug spoiler/wing drill holes in a waterproof way? Hey guys, so I have a lancer and I really want to remove that big *** spoiler. Anyways, I live in the northwest with a lot of rain, so i need a secure WATERTIGHT, trustworthy way to plug up those holes without getting a whole new trunk. Any of you car professionals know how? Is there a certain like rubber stopper/cork i could get? Anything helps. |
Measure the hole diameter and go to a hardware store. There are rubber plugs available for filling holes. You can paint them with touch up paint to hide them somewhat, but they will still be raised bumps on the body.
The other way is to fiberglass or bondo the holes. You can put the patch under the metal and squeeze it up through the holes, then when cured, sand it down smooth and use touch up paint to match the body color. When you remove the wing brackets, you'll probably find scratches on the body that will need touch up as well. |
Anyone know of a music player or plug in to keep music playing in a FULL website without stopping? My friend and I have created a website for our clan on xbox. It is very kick *** and we added music to the site, but every time you click through the different pages in the website, the song restarts. Anyone know of a music player or plug in we can use so that the song keeps playing even as visitors click through our clans web pages? |
it'll be hard since when going to a new page, it'll restart again
you could ...... uh call chuck norris? |
Is there any way I can naturally cause my plug to come? I am currently 37 weeks preggo, I was wondering if there is any natural way I can cause my mucous plug to come out so I can induce my labor? Any suggestions? and if its a smart *** comment then there is no need to waste your pitiful life answering my question, go find something else to do! Thank you guys so much. |
There is no need to do that, as when your cervix ripens, the plug will move on out on its own.
I understand you are tired & anxious about baby coming, but the longer he/she is in the womb, the better... for the most part.
There ARE things you can do to RIPEN YOUR CERVIX:
Evening Primrose 0il - This is used to soften the cervix. It is not used to induce labor, but used to help ripen and soften your cervix. Evening Primrose comes in capsule form. It can be taken up to 5 times per day after 39 weeks of pregnancy. This can also be used vaginally when the tip is cut off and inserted into the vagina and placed close to the cervix. |
If I leave my laptop battery out of my computer and plug in the computer does that do any damage to my it? My laptops standard battery sucks ***. I have charged the battery too much and its now depleted to half its original power. I just recently got another standard battery because I couldn't find an extended one and I am curious as to will there be any damage to my computer if I run it without the battery? Will there also be any harm done to the battery since it will minimally to rarely be charged? |
If the battery is a few years old it will have dropped in capacity to the point of being almost useless regardless of how you treat it (except for sticking it in the fridge at 40% charge but that's only for when you aren't using the battery for an extended period of time).
There is really no reason to leave a laptop battery out of the computer as Li-Ion batteries are not damaged by being in the computer all the time when on AC power (you can't overcharge one) unless your computer has a badly designed cooling system.
If you rarely charge the battery then you might actually destroy it as the protection circuits in Li-Ion batteries will disable a battery if the cell voltage drops too low for an extended period of time (and all batteries self-discharge so if you leave a discharged battery out for a few months it'll probably have been disabled by the time you go to use it again).
In terms of discharging laptop batteries you should really only have to do it every few months to recalibrate the battery meter (and Li-Ion batteries can only take a limited number of charge-discharge cycles), you should instead be charging the battery at every opportunity you get and trying to keep it as full as possible. The battery can survive enough discharges that if you need to run it flat you shouldn't be afraid to do so but it is still better not to make a habit of it.
Aging of the battery though is going to happen regardless of how you treat the battery (you can slow it down with the fridge trick if you aren't using it though) so you've just got to accept a lifetime of only a few years for normal laptop batteries. |
Have YouTube pulled the plug on all Iraq oriented material? Just tried to view some videos about the Iraqi conflict, it would appear that YouTube have just had their constitution shoved up their ***. |
| It would appear that that is the case, and the troll censors are hard at work destroying that venue. |
Where is the spark plug located on a CBR150R? I can't find it anywhere. It is not in the same place as the CBR125R which is a pain in the *** because there is no haynes manual for a CBR150R. Please help :( |
Jesus Christ... Kids these days can't even find a spark plug.
Try looking at the cylinder head. |
Do ear piercings close up even if you stretch it? i just saw a person on the train with a HUGE-*** plug in their ear.
and that made me REALLY curious.
if you take the plug out for a long period of time, will the hole close up? |
Not beyond a certain size. I don't know what you consider "huge", but beyond 0g or 00g (8 to 10 mm), they will not likely ever close up, though the hole will get much smaller.
I have 1 1/2 inch (38mm) stretched ears (they are quite huge) and though they'll shrink down some, they will never close up. The only way I could reverse them is to undergo minor plastic surgery. But I've had them for 10 years and still love them. |
